Mirazur is a unique place where gastronomy partakes in its ecosystem. Led by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco has been selected the world’s best restaurant. Mirazur expresses a circular approach to cuisine, guided by the cycles of nature, from seed to plate, following the rhythm of its biodynamic gardens.

We partnered with Mirazur on a complete redesign of its visual identity and communication assets, beginning with a careful refinement of its historic logotype. Subtly revisited, it retains its classical foundation while opening up to a broader, more flexible and organic visual system.

We also developed a luminous color palette, bringing clarity and energy across the identity. This was complemented by a bespoke illustration approach, conceived as an extension of the restaurant’s narrative universe.

This dialogue between heritage and renewal carries through every touchpoint, from the website to the menu experience. Conceived as a layered composition, inspired by the structure of a millefeuille, the editorial system gradually reveals the restaurant’s different worlds —roots, leaves, flowers, fruits— accompanying the expressive culinary gesture.

The project was developed in close collaboration with the Mirazur team, staying true to their commitment and allowing an identity to emerge that feels grounded, alive, and in motion.
