Paysages is a restaurant located in the heart of the Perche, where cuisine unfolds like a sensory journey through the land. Led by Sylvain and Keiko Parisot, the place offers an intimate experience, guided by the seasons, materials, and gestures.
We envisioned a visual identity that echoes this instinctive approach: a logotype drawn like a charcoal stroke, raw and vibrant, evoking the trace of fire and transformation.
This visual language extends across a range of editorial materials, including a triptych of menus combining photography and poetry. The typographic compositions, with their free and irregular forms, are inspired by the rolling landscapes of the Perche and extend the experience of the place by suggesting rather than describing.
A project developed in close dialogue with its founders, staying as true as possible to their sensibility and to the way they bring Paysages to life every day.
